List of Bank Branches Tied-Up for DDA Housing Scheme 2017 Application Forms

Delhi Development Authority is completing the work to launch its ambitious scheme “DDA Housing Scheme 2017” and it is expected to roll-out after the municipal elections of India’s Capital.

For the convenience in the scheme, DDA has tie-up with eight bank branches for DDA Housing Scheme 2017 and the list includes five private banks and three government banks. In DDA Scheme 2014, 13 banks had tied up for the scheme.

Following are the banks for DDA Housing Scheme 2017:

  • Bank of Baroda
  • Yes Bank
  • Axis Bank
  • IDBI Bank
  • Kotak Mahindra Bank
  • State Bank of India
  • Central Bank
  • HDFC Bank

However, the cost of application form has not been decided which to be announced at the time of launch of the scheme. In the last scheme, the cost of brochure cum application form was Rs. 150/-. If you download the application form from DDA’s official website, the cost to be paid at the time of submission.

The application form will be available in the selected branches of these banks in Delhi. Here is the list of selected branches of these banks

  • 99 branches of Bank of Baroda
  • 48 branches of Yes Bank
  • 118 branches of Axis Bank
  • 84 branches of IDBI bank
  • 50 branches of Kotak Mahindra Bank
  • 29 branches of State Bank of India
  • 28 branches of Central Bank of India
  • 6 branches of HDFC

The upcoming DDA housing scheme 2017 will come with online booking facility and these banks will provide a gateway for online transactions and the refund of registration amount will also be handled by these banks. In case of refund or transfer of money only electronic mode will be used with no paper transaction.

The DDA has also decided that if the buyer denies taking the possession of the flats then they will not have the option of ‘surrendering’ it. The land owning agency will forfeit the entire registration money which is Rs 2 lakh for HIG and MIG flats and Rs 1 lakh for LIG and Janta flats.

The scheme will be rolled out for over 13,000 flats at following locations. A majority of the flats in the scheme are one bedroom, hall and kitchen (1BHK).

DDA Housing Scheme 2017 Flat Locations:
Sarita Vihar, Jasola, Dwarka, Pitampura, Sukhdev Vihar, Narela, Rohini, Jahangirpuri, Loknayakpuram, Dilshad Garden, Paschim Vihar, Bindapur and Mukherjee Nagar.

Eligibility Criteria for DDA Housing Scheme 2017:
Any Indian citizen completed the age of adult (18 years) can apply for DDA new scheme 2017, however you are not eligible to fill application form for houses in the scheme, if you already own a flat or plot in your or your spouse/child’s name in Delhi.

If I’m applying can my husband/wife also apply? Yes, both of you can apply separately. However, if both of you are allotted flats, only one can be retained.
