There have been almost flooding of affordable housing projects in Gurgaon in 2014, Haryana Government issued licenses to as much as 23 developers to build affordable housing projects in the millennium city of Gurgaon itself under the Affordable Housing Policy 2013. A few of the developers have been able to launch the housing projects by the end of 2014 and many may launch projects in 2015.
At the same time, the residents looking to buy affordable homes or willing to invest in Gurgaon property are confused about the authenticity of the projects. People are asking whether the project is really approved by Haryana Government? However, many thinks that the projects are approved by HUDA (Haryana Urban Development Authority) and call these “HUDA Affordable Housing Schemes”. But, the fact is that the projects are approved by the Town and Country Planning Department of Haryana, a planning body operating the Government of Haryana.

I had applied for affordable houses sector-84, Gurgaon about more than ten months back. Nothing has been heard from the company about the draw till date. Kindly let us know the fate of applications, otherwise the matter will be referred to the Ministry/Govt. of India.
Mosyly affordable schemes are under doubt ;no fair process is being followed matter should be forwarfed to govt. of haryana for kind consideration.

they got only LOI on 15.7.2014 & since then progress is big zero, they still have not been given license, environmental clearance or approval for building plans, i don’t know why is town n country planning sleeping or they r getting paid to sleep, this crook builder has been booking right from 2014 August …
