Lucknow Development Authority invites applications for the allotment of housing units in Sopan Enclave Phase-II Housing scheme 2016. The scheme is launched at Priyadarshini Yojana Sultanpur Road, Lucknow for the allotment of 96 housing units.
Under the scheme, the authority has offering 2BHK flats for allotment for which registration has been started. The size of flat is around 84.28 square meter which is available at the estimated cost of Rs. 40,60,,000/- and the registration amount for a single unit is Rs. 2,03,000/-.

Dully completed application form to be submitted in the same bank branches along with registration amount. In case of online registration, an amount of Rs. 525/- to be submitted as application form cost. at the time of applications submission.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants should complete the age of 18 years.
- Applicant should be a resident of INDIA and Non-Resident Indian (NRI) can also apply for the scheme.
- Applicant and their spouse should not own any house/plot allotted by Lucknow Development Authority or from any other government agency and should not have more than one house/plot in Uttar Pradesh.
