Lucknow Development Authority along with 2 new housing schemes has launched a new flat scheme on independence day in Sharda Nagar Yojna in Lucknow. The new affordable housing scheme of LDA is located on Raibareilly road in Lucknow.
LDA is offering a total of 112 Ground+3 affordable flats with an estimated super built up area of 41.53 Square meters. The cost of the flats at ground floor is Rs. 8.84 Lakh while the cost of flat at first, second and third floor is Rs. 7.11 Lakh.
Lucknow Development Authority is charging 5% of the cost of the flat as the registration amount under the Sharda Nagar Yojna flat scheme 2015.
The applications for the flats are being invited through the designate bank branches from 17 August 2015. The last date of registrations is 16 September. Below are the details of the flats being offered under the scheme.

- UCO Bank: LDA Office Gomti Nagar lucknow and Lalbagh Branch Lucknow
- Punjab National Bank: Hajrarganj Lucknow
- Oriental Bank of Commerce: Munshi Pulia and Hajratganj
