Lucknow Development Authority invites applications for the allotment of 525 flats in Janeshwar Enclave at Jankipuram Lucknow. Under the scheme LDA offer 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK flats for all categories of the society. Out of total, 130 units are of 1BHK type which has a super build-up area of 66.68 square meter and the cost of 1BHK flat is Rs. 29.00 lakh and registration amount for 1BHK is Rs. 1.45 lakh.
Total eight types of flats are available for registrations under the scheme and a registration of flats has been started from 2nd May 2015 and the last date of registrations is 1 June 2015.
