Lucknow Development Authority has launched new flat schemes for the allotment of 2702 flats under various different housing scheme. Around 15 flat schemes are launched by the LDA Lucknow, in which flats are available for the allotment.
The registration for the scheme has been started from today 6 May 2016 and the registration process for the allotment of flats will be complete in three phases.
The authority has offering both online and offline for filling applications for the scheme. Interested applicants apply for the scheme through any mode of registration as per their convenience.

How to Apply: Applications for these various schemes has been started and interested applicants could apply for the scheme through both online and offline mode of registration. For offline registrations, brochure along with application form is available in the bank branches of HDFC bank located in Lucknow and it can also be obtained from the other district head offices.
The online registration for the scheme can be filled from the official website of LDA from https://www.ldaonline.co.in/ or https://www.ldaonline.co.in/. The cost of application form is Rs. 500/-. Dully filled application form to be submitted along with registration amount in the same bank branches.
Eligibility Criteria:
The applicant should completed the age of 18 years.
The applicant who are resident of India or who are N.R.I can only file an application under the scheme.
The applicant should no own any house/flat/plots from Lucknow Development Authority or any government agency.
