Lucknow Development Authority invites applications from economical weaker section for the allotment of flat in its new housing scheme 2016 named as LDA Kritika Apartment. Besides, this scheme, the authority has also offering flats in Swati apartment and both housing schemes are located at Sultanpur road, Lucknow.

In the scheme, flats are available in Stilt+Ground+3 floor building and total four types of flats are available for registration including EWS-Type-I, EWS-Type-II, EWS-Type-III and EWS-Type-IV. Total 352 flats are being offered by LDA in the scheme, of which the majority of 132 flats are EWS-Type-II.
Applications for the allotment of flats are being offered through offline mode of registration from 15 July 2016 and the last date of application submission is 16 August 2016.
These flats are available in the size range of 40.99 square meter to 44.99 square meter and the cost of flats varies from Rs. 9.80 lakh which goes upto Rs. 10.60 lakh.

Application form for the same can be purchased from HDFC bank branches of Lucknow district and it can also be downloaded from the website of Lucknow development authority at www.ldalucknow.co.in. The cost of application form is Rs. 525/-.
