Lucknow Development Authority invites applications for 510 apartments in different housing project of LDA at different locations of Lucknow. There are total 6 projects which are located at different locations of Lucknow. Under these projects 2BHK, 3BHK & 4BHK flats are available for registrations.
River View Enclave Gomti Nagar Extension: In project consist four types of flats (2BHK, 2BHK+Study, 3BHK+Study & Pent House). Total 24 units are available for registrations in River View Enclave. The minimum estimated cost of flats is starts from Rs. 32.15 lakh for 2BHK.
Greenwood Apartments Gomti Nagar Extension: The project contains three type (2BHK, 2BHK+Study & 3BHK) of units. The estimated cost of 2BHK is Rs.35.02 lakh while for 3BHK it is Rs. 44.75 lakh.
Sunrise Apartments Kanpur Road: The project is located at Kanpur Road and it four type (2BHK, 2BHK+Study, 3BHK & 3BHK G+3) of flats. Total 19 units are available for registrations and the cost of 2BHK and 3BHK is Rs. 32.39 lakh & Rs. 39.47 lakh respectively.
Vanasthali Apartments Gomti Nagar: The project is situated in Gomti Nagar, Kanpur and it consist three types (2BHK, 3BHK & 3BHK+Study) of flats. The estimated cost of 2BHK is Rs. 44.42 lakh while for 3BHK it is Rs. 57.23 lakh.
Sargam Apartment, Kursi Road, Jankipuram: The project contains 93 units of 3BHK and 3BHK+Study and the cost of 3BHK and 3BHK+Study is Rs. 61.75 lakh & Rs. 66.75 lakh respectively.
Parijat Apartment, Vikrant Khand, Gomtinagar: The project contains 2BHK+study, 3BHK & 4BHK type of flats and total 350 flats are available for registrations under the project.
