A decision has been taken in favor of people who had not yet applied for flats in HBH Scheme 2016 at Sector-31 Panchkula. By providing them a relaxation of registration, the last date of submitting application form for flats in the scheme has been extended upto 31 January 2017 by Housing Board Haryana.

The board started the scheme on 1 November 2016 for last date was 31 December 2016 and it is special kind of scheme launched for Ex-Defence & Para-Military Personnel offering 168 Type-A and Type-B flats.
All the flats are located in Sector-31 Panchkula available in size of 645 square meter Type-B and 720 square meter for Type-A flats. The cost of Type-A flats is Rs. 26.80 lakh while Type-B flat is available in the estimated cost of Rs. 23.70 lakh.
