Himachal Pradesh Housing & Urban Development Authority (HIMUDA)has extended the registration period for flats and plots in HIMUDA new scheme 2016. Last date of submitting application form for residential plots and flats in has been extended upto 31 January 2017.
In this scheme, HIMUDA has offering 174 flats and 181 residential plots for registration can be done till 31 January 2017.
These flats are located at multiple locations of Himachal Pradesh at Trilokpur (Nahan), Kala-Amb (Moginand Phase-II) & Sidhpur (Dharamshala).
Applications for these flats and plots were opened from in December and now the application can be submitted till 31 December 2017.
The draw of lots for the allotment of these flats has been scheduled for 15 January 2017.
