First Scheme for year 2017 has been launched by Kanpur Development Authority at Vinayak Shree NRI City Kanpur Mainawati. In KDA new housing scheme 2017, the authority has offering 119 flats for economical weaker section and lower income group categories.

Flats in the scheme are available in the size of 25 square meter for EWS flat and 35 square meter for LIG flats and the property code for EWS and LIG flats is 001 and 002 respectively. These flats are located at Vinayak Shree NRI City Kanpur Mainawati Marg. Of total, 88 housing units are LIG type and remaining 31 flats are EWS.

How to Apply:
Application process for the sale of forms under the scheme will start from 6 January 2017. Application form can be purchased from HDFC Bank Kanpur branches at Rs. 105/- for EWS flat and Rs. 525/- for LIG flat. Registration amount for can be submitted in the form of cash or via demand draft before the last date, 20 January 2017.
Further payment for the allotment would be paid along with 15% interest and 10% interest on EWS and LIG flats cost in 60 quarterly instalments. The allotment of these flats would be done through a lottery process and allotment letter would be given by private developers because these flats are constructed by them.
