Kanpur Development Authority Launches Housing Scheme for tenants in the 8 colonies. The authority provides the ownership to the tenants who live in 2560 flats of Kanpur colonies.
The tenants of the colonies including Gwaltoli, Usmanpuri, Parampurwa, Juhi Bamburahiya, Juhi Pili, Govind Nagar, Dada Nagar and Natraj can fill the application form for ownership. The board is decided the time period for submission of application form for salable flats.
Registrations are open from 27 October 2014 and the last date of application submission is 30 November 2014. The applicants can obtain the application from all Kanpur branches of ICICI Banks at the cost of Rs 200 with 5% VAT. The applicants can submit the application form in the ICICI Banks Kanpur branches with Rs 50,000 registration amount.
Terms & Conditions: ¼ amount of property including registration amount will have deposit within the 30 days after allotment in ICICI Bank Kanpur Branches. The remaining amount ¾ of the total amount will have deposit in 5 years of 6 month installment with 12 % interest. In the delay period 3% extra interest will have to pay by the depositors. If the depositor will pay first payment within 30 days then 20 % discount will be given. The price of flats is different on different floors.
