Kanpur Development Authority invited applications for the allotment of 935 flats in KDA Dreams under Samajwadi Awas Yojana at Shatabdi Nagar Sector-4, Kanpur from all segments of the society. It is a new housing scheme of KDA Kanpur.

Under the new scheme, the authority has offering 2BHK flats in multi-storey building. These flats are available in the super area of 75.93 square meter which cost around Rs. 27.50 lakh.
The registration for the scheme was started in the month of April on 13 and now the notification for the same is available on the official website of Kanpur Development Authority. How to Apply:
Interested applicants can obtain the completed detail of the scheme from the counter of authority in between 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. In this scheme, the authority has offering an option to choose a flat they wants to purchase. After choosing the flat, applicants can obtain the brochure along with application form at the cost of Rs. 1050/-. The dully filled application form to be submitted in the HDFC Bank located in the authority.
Applicants will have to mention the complete information and the selected flat number. After submitting the registration amount in the counter of HDFC bank, the flat would be reserved for the applicant.
