KCR Launched 2-Bedroom Housing Scheme in Telangana

On the auspicious occasion of Dassehra, a flagship 2-bedroom housing scheme has been launched in the state of Telangana with a target to construct 60,000 houses across the state in 10 different districts in the upcoming eight months. The scheme is incorporated in the manifesto of Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS). It is a promising step for the poor of the state.

Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao has launched his dream project at Golla Bazaar in Suryapet and after that he was departed to Medak district to inaugurate the scheme in Erravalli and Narsannapet villages. Meanwhile Cabinet Minister of KCR attended the inauguration program of 2-bedroom housing scheme at district headquarters.

Foundation stone has been laid by KCR for 2-bedroom houses in Hamal Basthi under Padmarao Nagar Limits in which KCR’s son and IT Minister K Taraka Rama Rao as well as Commercial Taxes Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav are laying. Ministers and legislatures also laid the foundations in their respective constituencies. According to the source these two bedroom homes will complete the common living area, a kitchen and two toilets, for the poor.

The houses are being constructed over the area of 560 square feet which will cost Rs. 5.04 lakhs.
