Kanpur Development Authority has launched new plots scheme in Shatabdi Nagar Phase 3, Shatabdi Nagar Phase 1 and Ratanpur extension Part 2. Total 718 plots are announced by KDA in these areas which are divided as 264 plots in Shatabdi Nagar Phase 3, 372 plots in Shatabdi Nagar Phase 1 (Ratanpur Extension Part 1) and 82 plots in Ratanpur extension Part 2.

NEW SCHEME: Kanpur Development Authority New Plot Scheme December 2014.
The applications are being invited from 1st October to 31st October 2014. The cost of these plots depends upon the width of the roads at which the plots are situated. The detailed scheme brochure and application form can also be downloaded from official KDA website www.kdaindia.co.in and pay the application form amount along with 5% VAT at the time of submission.
The allotments of plots of will be done through the lottery draw system which will be published in the newspapers and online on KDA website. The plots which are located at the corner will be available at an extra cost of 10% of the tentative cost of plot.
The cost of form along with the brochure is Rs. 1050/- for MIG, Rs. 788/- for LIG and Rs. 105/- for EWS category and can be purchased and submitted in the following bank branches.

The minimum rate of these plots is Rs. 8,500.00/- per square meter are situated at 9 meter wide road and the complete detail of the plots is given below:
