Jaipur Development Authority has re-launched the scrapped flat schemes for allotment of 621 flats to EWS, LIG and MIG category. The applications for the flats are being invited under Affordable Housing Policy 2009 and Niji Khatedar Approved Schemes under Rajasthan Township Policy 2010.

The registrations for the re-launched scheme are now open from 4th November till 18th November. The interested applicants can apply for the scheme online.
There are 198 EWS flats and 142 LIG flats under the Niji Khatedar Approved Schemes while scheme under Rajasthan Affordable Housing Policy 2009 offers 139 flats for EWS, 77 flats for LIG and 65 for MIG-A. Below are the complete details of the flats being offered under the scheme.

How to Apply:
Flats are being offered through online mode of registration which can be done by E-Mitra KIOSK it is an online registration portal for the application of flats. For online registration from E-Mitra, application fees of Rs. 200/- to be paid at that time and registration amount and application fees can be submitted via Debit Card/Credit Card and Net Banking or by submitting payment to E-Mitra KIOSK. Processing fees is also to be paid at the time of application; if the registration amount is Rs. 30000/- (Plus Application Fees Rs. 200/-) than the processing fees of Rs. 80 is to be paid to E-Mitra KIOSK and if the registration amount is above Rs. 30,001/-(Plus Application Fees Rs. 200/-) than the processing fees of Rs. 125 to be paid to E-Mitra KIOSK.
Eligibility Criteria for Registration Under JDA New Flat Schemes
- The applicant should be the permanent resident of Rajasthan
- The age of applicant should be at least 18 years on the day of application.
- The applicant or his/her spouse or any dependent should not have any plot/house on leasehold/freehold in his/her name in any city/town where the population is more than 50 thousand.
- The applicant should have a bank account in his/her name and should be active during the scheme.
- The applicant should not have been allotted any plot in last 10 years by the authority.
- The family income will include the the income of spouse and any dependent children.
Earlier the registrations for JDA EWS/LIG/MIG schemes were invited between 15 August to 15 September 2015.
