Jaipur Development Authority has decided to launch 6 new housing schemes in the city for developing 5,341 independent houses and 621 flats. As reported earlier by Master Plans India, the 4 new residential schemes will be launched soon in Zone 11, 12 and 14. The applications for the scheme will be invited between 15 August and 15 September 2015.
LATEST SCHEMES LAUNCHED AUGUST 2015: JDA New Plot Scheme 2015 for 5266 Plots
Out of the 6 schemes, the authority will be launching 2 new housing schemes while the residential plots in 4 schemes will be sold from the vacant plots in earlier schemes. The plots being offered in Zone 11, 12 and 14 were left vacant when the allottees of earlier schemes refused to purchase the plots.
The new housing scheme in Zone 14 will be named as Dev Vihar. The authority will be offering 2,625 plots in these housing schemes. The reserve price of the plots in Zone 14 housing schemes will be Rs 6,500 per square meter.
In Zone 12, JDA is offering 435 plots over a 42-bigha land at a reserve price of Rs. 8,000 per square meter.
The vacant plots in the schemes would be offered in the earlier launched residential plot schemes Uday Vihar, Abhinav Vihar, Rohini Enclave and Surya Nagar. There are 2,281 vacant plots in these four housing schemes which for which the applications are being invited once again.
The minimum size of the plots under these schemes will be 45-square-metre while the maximum size would be 200-square metre.
In 2014 and 2015, the Jaipur Development Authority had launched 21 housing schemes. It had developed plots of 160 square metres and 250 square metres. However, due to higher reserve price, 70% of the successful applicants had refused to purchase the plots.
