As an initiative towards housing, Jodhpur Development Authority invites applications from economical weaker section and lower income group of the society for the allotment of flats under JDA Mukhya Mantri Jan Awas Yojana 2015.

This time, the authority has brought to sell 560 flat in Village-Tanawara, Khasra No-136 Jodhpur for allotment. JDA Jodhpur Mukhya Mantri Jan Awas Yojana 2015 comprises of 400 flats for EWS category having a super build-up area of 325 square feet and 160 flats are reserved for LIG category available in the super build-up area of 500 square feet. The estimated cost of EWS unit is around 3,90,000/- while the LIG unit is available at the cost of Rs. 6,00,000/-.
Housing units in JDA Jodhpur new housing scheme 2016 under JDA Mukhya Mantri Jan Awas Yojana will be available in G+3 type building.

How to Apply/Application Procedure:
Registration for the allotment of flats has beens started from 1 September 2016 and application form for the same can be purchased from the authorized bank branches at the cost of Rs. 250/- in cash. Dully filled application form filled by eligible applicants to be submitted on or before 13 october 2016 Time 3:00 PM along with the processing amount of Rs. 2000/- for EWS Flat and Rs. 3500/- for LIG flat. After submitting the application form, don’t forget to receive the receipt of your application from submission counter.
The sale of application form will be closed on 3 October 2016 while the last date of applications submisstion is 13 October 2016.
Eligiblity Criteria:
- The applicant should be a resident of Rajasthan State.
- The age of applicant should be 18 years on 1 September 2016.
- The applicant should not own any house/flat/plot from any government agency or development authority of India.
- Family Income of EWS Applicants should not be more than Rs. 1,50,000/- per annum and LIG applicant’s annual familiy income should be in between Rs. Rs. 1,50,001/- to Rs. 3,00,000/-.
