Jaipur Development Authority is all set to launch new housing schemes in 2015 offering about 7,000 residential plots in 6 different schemes as reported few days back. JDA is coming up with 6 new residential plot schemes in zone 11 and 12 for which the registrations are expected to be started from 1st February 2015.

The registration process will continue till 2nd March 2015 and the draw of the schemes is expected to be announced on 16th March.
The authority has decided the names of the schemes and rates of plots during a meeting held on Thursday last week. The approval to the new residential scheme were given in a PWC meeting held on Friday, 16th January.

The housing scheme in Kodar village is expected to be the largest among all 6 offering about 2,885 residential plots of different sizes.

Along with the residential plots, JDA is also expected to launch a farm house scheme. The applications for the new schemes in 2015 will be invited through offline modes similar to earlier schemes.
