Good news on the eve of Independence Day from Jaipur Development Authority, The Authority has launched 19 new flat schemes for all segments of the society including Economical Weaker Section, Lower Income Group, Medium Income Group and High Income Group of the society.

In JDA New Flat Scheme 2015 total 621 units are available for registration and applications for the allotment of flats are being offered by online mode of registration
Out of total, 337 flats are available for Economical Weaker Section, 219 flats for Lower Income Group and remaining flats are available for Medium Income Group Category-A. These above flats are available in two different types of project; 340 units are available in 11 approved projects of Niji Khatedari and remaining 281 units are available in 8 projects under affordable housing policy Phase-I (Modal-2).

How to Apply: Flats are being offered through online mode of registration which can be done by E-Mitra KIOSK it is an online registration portal for the application of flats. For online registration from E-Mitra, application fees of Rs. 200/- to be paid at that time and registration amount and application fees can be submitted via Debit Card/Credit Card and Net Banking or by submitting payment to E-Mitra KIOSK. Processing fees is also to be paid at the time of application; if the registration amount is Rs. 30000/- (Plus Application Fees Rs. 200/-) than the processing fees of Rs. 80 is to be paid to E-Mitra KIOSK and if the registration amount is above Rs. 30,001/-(Plus Application Fees Rs. 200/-) than the processing fees of Rs. 125 to be paid to E-Mitra KIOSK.
Registration of flats has been started from today 15 August 2015 and last date of registration is 15 September 2015.
Eligibility Criteria for Registration Under JDA New Flat Schemes
- The applicant should be the permanent resident of Rajasthan
- The age of applicant should be at least 18 years on the day of application.
- The applicant or his/her spouse or any dependent should not have any plot/house on leasehold/freehold in his/her name in any city/town where the population is more than 50 thousand.
- The applicant should have a bank account in his/her name and should be active during the scheme.
- The applicant should not have been allotted any plot in last 10 years by the authority.
- The family income will include the the income of spouse and any dependent children.
