Chhattisgarh Housing Board has launched new housing scheme in Jagdalpur under Atal Vihar Yojna, Deendayal Yojna and other general schemes. The CHB board offering total 1074 flats for all categories included economical weaker section, lower income group, medium, income group and upper income group.
These flats are located at Geedam, Bhanupratappur, Charama, Narayanpur, Jagadalpur, Shukma, Dantewada and Kankre. The lowest plot area of flats is 435.78 square feet with area of 312.04 square feet for EWS applicants. The cost of flats is starts from 1.85 lakh upto 32.11 lakh
Registration for scheme has been started from the day of advertisement and the last date of registration is 28 February 2015. The allotment of flats will be done by the lottery process and the flats can be allotted to any applicant who has applied for the schemes.
If the applicant refuses the allotment then the registration amount of the applicant will be refunded with the 10% deduction. In the registration period, the offer letter will be opened on every Friday 4:00 PM after collecting the application forms on the same day till 3:00 PM.
