Jabalpur Development Authority launches new housing scheme in which the board offers housing plots in Shatabdipuram. The plots are reserved for Economical Weaker Section persons and only EWS applicants can apply for the scheme.
Shatabdipuram (SCH 11 EWS Plots): In this housing scheme the board offers total 70 EWS plots with the size of 36 sq mtr. Applicants can apply for the registration, will started from 10 November 2014 and the registration will be ended on 29 November 2014.
The applicants can obtain application form from 1 November 2014 till the last date of obtaining application forms which is 28 November 2014. The cost of application form is Rs 100/-, can be obtained from Board office.
If the board receive application forms more than the available plots then the allotment of flats will be done by the lottery system, will be held on 11 December 2014 after receiving the application forms.
The application form is submitted with the registration amount of Rs 22,216 with the Demand Draft in favor of CEO JDA Jabalpur. The annual income of applicants of the scheme shouldn’t more than Rs 1 lakh per annum. All disposal rules 2013, mandates of board and terms and conditions of the scheme will applicable.
