ICICI bank has announced attractive finance scheme for the current housing scheme of Ghaziabad Development Authority and the applicants can apply online for the scheme. The bank is offering loan for 100% earnest money deposit for the GDA Indirapuram Housing Scheme and EWS/LIG scheme till 31st December which is also the last date of application for the schemes.

GDA is offering 370 residential flats in 2 BHK, 2 BHK Deluxe, 3 BHK and 4 BHK category in Indirapuram Nayay Khand in Ghaziabad and 1979 EWS and LIG residential flats in different locations of the city. In the EWS/LIG housing scheme, out of total, there are 989 flats are reserved for lower income groups and 990 flats are reserved for the economical weaker section of the society.
The last date of GDA schemes was extended from 30th November to 30th December after an overwhelming response from the applicants. The draw of these schemes is expected to be announced in June 2015, 6 months after the closure of the schemes. Below is the snapshot from the ICICI bank website.
