After launching 4 new residential plot schemes in Ambala, Fatehabad, Faridabad and Palwal, Haryana Urban Development Authority has launched another scheme in Taraori Sector 1. HUDA is offering a total of 617 freehold residential plots in this scheme. The plot sizes are same as in the earlier schemes ranging from 4 Marla to 1 Kanal. Anyone with the residential domicile of Haryana can apply for the scheme from 12 September to 27 October.
IMPORTANT UPDATE: Last date of the scheme has been extended to 10 November 2014
The application forms and the brochure for HUDA Taraori plot scheme can be obtained from the bank branches listed below at a cost of Rs 500/- or can be downloaded from HUDA website www.huda.gov.in free of cost from the day of start of application i.e. 12 September.
The applicants will have to pay 10% of tentative cost of plot as the registration fee as mentioned in the table above. The successful applicants will have to pay 15% of the amount within one month after the allotment and rest 75% in equated 6 yearly installments.
