Along with two other residential plots schemes in Faridabad and Fatehabad, HUDA has launched a new scheme in Palwal sector 12. Similar to the Faridabad scheme, applications are being invited from 1st of September till 10th October 2014.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Last date of the scheme has been extended to 10 November 2014
HUDA is offering a total of 283 plots in Palwal sector 12 at a starting rate of Rupees 11,700/- going upto 14,300/- per square meter. The detailed information booklet and application forms will be available on HUDA official website www.huda.gov.in from September 1st. Below are the complete details of offered plots.
Application forms and detailed information booklet or the brochures can be obtained from the designate bank branched at a cost of Rupees 500/-. The forms are also available at HUDA office in C-3, Sector 6, Panchkula. The list of bank branches can been seen into the scheme advertisement below.
