Finally, the wait is over, Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) has announced the draw dates of the residential plot schemes in Palwal sector 12 and Faridabad Sector 56-56A. The draw dates are as below
Palwal Sector 12: 26 May 2015
Faridabad Sector 56-56A: 03 June 2015 – UPDATE: Draw date changed to 4 June.
The draw of the schemes will start at 11:00AM at the convention hall in Sector 12 in Faridabad. The Authority invites all the applicants to attend the draw.
The registration numbers of the 5 residential plot schemes were put online on HUDA website last month including the schemes in Ambala, Fatehabad and Taraori.
HUDA has issued a public notice regarding the same on its official website huda.gov.in.

Why you charge 10% of the cost as earnest money from applicant. Are you guessing their seriousness then you must charge at the time of applying for a plot25%, but give all of them interest of the bank rate and not of your impractical rate.Moreover now when you crossed 6 months limit then you must directly pay accrued interest along with principle to concern Banks. Otherwise it is unfare business.
