Haryana Urban Development Authority has finally announced the draw date of Karnal Residential Plot Scheme for which the applications were invited in 2014. The draw result has been scheduled to be announced on 11 June 2015 after the order passed by Hon’ble High Court on 14 May to conduct the draw within 30 days.
The draw of Sector-32 & 33 Urban Estate Karnal will be announced on 11 June at 10:00 AM. HUDA administrator has ordered the Estate Officer Karnal and other relevant departments to take necessary action for holding the draw.

The draw result of residential plot scheme in Karnal sector 32 and 33 was scheduled to be announced on November 24 last year but postponed due to the stay put by court vide interim order dated 21-11-2014 in CWP No. 23952 of 2014 titled as Harpreet Singh and Others Vs HUDA.
HUDA, after that also offered refund to the applicants who wish to withdraw themselves from the scheme and 588 applicants took the refund.
The plot scheme in Karnal offered 354 freehold residential plots (excluding the handicapped and blind category plots) in Sector-32 (Part) and 781 freehold residential plots in Sector-33 (Part) in the range of 90, 135, 162, 220 square meters (10 Marla), 324 square meters (14 Marla), and 450 square meters (1 Kanal) area. The scheme was floated from 12th March to 28 March. The last date was later extended to 30th May 2014.
