The much awaited draw result of HUDA karnal plot scheme seems not to be declared anytime soon as the case has got another next date of hearing. The case CWP-23952-2014 Harpreet Singh and Others Vs. Chief Administrator HUDA sector 6, Panchkula and others will be heard next on 27 April 2015.
The Hon’ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh has assigned another hearing date to the case which is the 4th within this month and 6th in all.

The draw result of Karnal plot scheme for 354 and 781 plots in sector 32 and 33 respectively was scheduled to be held on 24 November 2014 but put on hold due to the above mentioned case.
The applicants seems to be unhappy with then the HUDA and now the High Court. Many applicants have already withdrawn themselves from the schemes by taking refund of their earnest money and many are now considering to exit.
Mr. Sarabjeet, an applicant said “Bad luck friends, ..again got next date..April 27..I think time to get refund..they don’t care public…”

Another applicant Mr. Rajababu, who is keenly following the case says “next hearing of karnal case on 27th April, hope for the best”.
And, hoping for the best seems to be the only way out as of now.
