Haryana Urban Development Authority has launched a new residential plot scheme in Sector 11 Fatehabad and the applications are invited from 8th September 2014 till 10th October.

HUDA is offering a total of 894 residential plots between the price range of Rupees 11,160/- per square meters to 13,640/- per sqmt. The registration amount is the 10% of the total cost of the plot. Below are the details of the plots.
HUDA has also launched two more schemes in Faridabad and Palwal where it is offering residential plots of different sizes. The scheme in Palwal offers 283 residential plots in sector 12 starting at a price of Rupees 11,700/- per square meter. The Scheme in Faridabad sector 56 offers 472 residential plots at a starting price of 15,300/- per square meter.

Application forms and brochures will be available at different bank branches across the state from September 8 at a cost of Rupees 500/-. The forms can also be obtained from the HUDA office in Hisar. The application forms will also be available on the official website of HUDA from the same day. The allotment of the plots will be done through a lucky draw.
