The applications for the Faridabad scheme will be invited from 1st September 2014 and the last date of registration will be 10th October. The prices of plots in Faridabad sector 56 starts from Rupees 15,300/- going upto Rs. 18,700/- per square meter. The 10% of the total cost of the plot will required to be deposited along with the application forms. If the applicant is allotted a plot through the lucky draw, he/she will have to pay 15% of the amount withing the 30 days of the allotment and rest amount can be paid in 6 equal EMI’s. Below are the details of the offered plots.

Dear it is mentioned in the brochure that anyone from India from any state if eligible can apply for the scheme, hence Haryana domicile is not required. Friends, I have also applied through the online channel and made the payment through netbanking but did not receive any confirmation mail from HUDA and a blank receipt was generated on the success page. On calling the HUDA helpline they have informed that they are aware of the error and are trying to fix it and the duplicate receipt should be available withing 24-48 hours but they are unable to provide any confirmation on the payment or application. In case they do not confirm we will be unable to re-submit our application.

Dear Sir,
Unfortunately, I had applied for the faridabad plot scheme on 1st October to avoid last minute rush through DD payment, but at last moment, they extended the last date which is not just 2-3 days or 1 week like DDA, they extend it upto whole one month i.e. 10-11-14 and as per their terms and conditions, they have to draw within six months after expiry of last date and it means that they earn one month more interest on the earnest money of plot. What is the use of extending the last date one month more, in view of elections they want to earn more interest on that earnest money or anything else, I don’t understand the reasons behind it.

The information on the form does not specify that both husband and wife cannot retain the plot. It says their is no ban on individual whose spouse or dependent children have acquired a plot by way of allotment or otherwise in the Urban Estate Faridabad developed by HUDA.

For General Category (Affidavit specimen ‘A’)
Any individual, who has ever been allotted a plot of land directly by HUDA in Urban
Estate Faridabad shall not be entitled to apply under this scheme.
However, there shall be no ban on those individuals /applicants :-
i) Who have acquired a residential plot in HUDA area by way of purchase from open
market or through re-allotment.
ii) Whose spouse or dependent children have acquired a plot by way of allotment or
otherwise in the Urban Estate Faridabad developed by HUDA.
iii) Who already own a group housing flat or any kind of non-HUDA residential property
in Urban Estate Faridabad.
I applied for the plot scheme online and made payment via RTGS/NEFT. At the end of the application, I received a challan. However, I did not receive the application number or the confirmation mail. I’ m based outside India and so cant call up on the toll free number provide.

We just talked to the customer care of HUDA and according to them the application number/receipt will be generated after 48 hours of the payment. After that, you need to go here and check the status of your payment and application status/ID.

There is no way right now for the offline candidates to check the status of the scheme. It will only be available once the applications are closed and registration numbers are generated.

Please follow below steps to get you registration details –
1> Open http://www.huda.gov.in
2> On the home page, look at top right side and locate ‘Online Services’ section
3> Under ‘Online Services’ click on 4th link i.e. ‘Registration Number’
4> On ‘Registration number’ page enter details as follows –
a) Under ‘Search by’ drop down select ‘Application number’ (this is the most accurate way to locate your registration number. If you search by name it might error out or give duplicate entries as there are multiple applicants)
b) Enter your application numbers
C) select your respective scheme form the drop down and click search.
This will give you all the details. Hope this information is helpful to all dear applicants.

I think huda department is one of the clever department. Only interested in getting interest out of the public money. If HUDA is not able to do there work on time. What’s really a need to have one extra department in government and wasting people tax on such a department.

I called HUDA Helpline. They say Faridabad Sec 56 A result will be declared on 03rd June. But we need to ask HUDA to explain the reason for delay. Why so much time is being taken ? How much time the processing of applications takes. There should be a time limit. In this age of high-technology, the result should come within a month, at lease.
Do we need to go to sector 12 faridabad to see the drw results or it will be available online also.

Money will be refunded if he surrender the flat within set number of days, says 30.
