HUDA 4 New Residential Plot Schemes September 2014 – Important Details

Haryana Urban Development Authority has launched freehold residential plots schemes in 4 Ambala, Palwal, Faridabad and Fatehabad. The applications are invited from 1st of September till 20th October 2014. HUDA is offering 1 Kanal, 14 Marla, 10 Marla, 8 Marla, 6 Marla and 4 Marla plot sizes in all 4 schemes.

The applications are invited through offline and online modes and the application forms and brochures will be available at several designate bank branches across the state. The forms and brochures can also be downloaded from HUDA official website at www.huda.gov.in from September 1st. Below are the important details about the 4 new schemes.

1. Faridabad Plot Scheme

Scheme Code: SC00000070
Location: Sector 56 A
Number of Plots: 472 (HUDA has withdrawn 1 Kanal plots from the scheme and now there are total 449 plots. The applicants are requested not to apply for 1 Kanal plots.)
Allotment Rates: Rupees 15,300/- to 18,700/- per square meter.
Registration Start Date: 1 September
Last Date: 10 November
Cost of Application Form: Rs. 500/-

2. Fatehabad Plot Scheme

Scheme Code: SC00000071
Location: Sector 11
Number of Plots: 894
Allotment Rates: Rupees 11,160/- to 13,640/- per square meter.
Registration Start Date: 8 September
Last Date: 10 November
Cost of Application Form: Rs. 500/-

3. Palwal Plot Scheme

Location: Sector 12
Number of Plots: 283
Allotment Rates: Rupees 11,700/- to 14,300/- per square meter.

Number of Plots: 474

Number of Plots: 617
Allotment Rates:
Rupees 17,735/- to 21,709/- per square meter.
Registration Start Date: 12 September
Last Date: 10 November
Cost of Application Form: Rs. 500/-
Full details of Taraori Scheme

Applicants will have to submit 10% of the cost as the registration amount in all 4 schemes and 15% of the amount within 30 days of allotment of the plot and rest amount in 6 easy yearly installments.

        I am in mumbai , can you please tell me that can I apply through mumbai with loan . As corporation bank provide loan all over india for DDA scheme . Is it same in the case of HUDA also.

  1. what are future appreciation prospets for ambala and faridabad plots
    how much premium is expected in these two schemes
    what are prevailing rates near to these sectors

    • Future is good, in fact at present the resale prices of flats in these/nearby sectors are higher than what is offered by HUDA

  2. Dear Sir,
    Can one person apply one time in two /three scheme(i.e. I can apply in faridabad & Palwal in my name)
    Or i can apply one by my name & another by my wife’s name.

    • As per our knowledge, you can apply for multiple schemes, both you and your wife can apply. However, please do check the scheme brochure for details or ask at HUDA helpline.

  3. The schemes & associated brochures have been released online by HUD at its official website ,however, the authorised bank branches are unaware of the schemes and are denying for EMD loans & subsequently plot loans….. Please throw some light on this.

  4. Sir, May I get the toll free helpline no of HUDA. If there is no such no then kindly give me mobile no / landline no.
    If suppose I am not allotted a plot in HUDA scheme in how many days may I get my money back.

    • Last time Axis ban provided loan for HUDA plots, this time it is providing for DDA flats, you can contact them.

  5. EMD (1Lakh) is advanced by SBI, Corporation, Axis Bank, but I wish to know if any agency is financing for registrration money for HUDA residential plots in Palwal/Faridabad/Ambala ? Pl advise.

  6. EMD (1 Lakh) for DDA Housing Scheme 2014 is given by SBI, Axis, Corporation Bank. I wish to know of agency financing for EMD of HUDA Residential Plots.
