Hapur Pilkhuwa Development Authority has launched a new scheme in Anand Vihar Yojana for allotment of flats on first come first serve basis. HPDA, under the new flat scheme is offering a total of 386 flats for MIG and LIG categories.

The new group housing flats scheme of HPDA is launched under the Samajwadi Awas Yojana affordable housing scheme of Uttar Pradesh Government. The flats will be allotted instantly on the first come first serve basis to the applicants.
There are 140 LIG flats starting at Rs. 16,81,000/-, 118 MIG-2 flats starting at Rs. 24,36,000/- and 128 MIG-1 flats starting at Rs. 26,55,000/-. Below are the complete details of the offered flats.
How to Apply
The applications for the scheme will start on 1st April 2016 and the scheme brochure with detailed information can be bought by paying Rs. 500/- from the bank branches listed in the scheme advertisement below.
The application forms and scheme brochure can also be downloaded from the official website of the HPDA. In this case the applicant will have to submit a DD of Rs. 500/- along with the application form.
10% of the cost of the flats has to be deposited as the registration fee at the time of the submission of application form. Home loan facility from several banks is also available.
