After the achiveement of great success in the allotment of offices in Transport Nagar Commericial Scheme, Hapur Pilkhuwa Development Authority has again come up with residential scheme in Anand Vihar & Preet Vihar. HPDA Hapur invites applications from all segments including EWS, LIG, MIG and HIG category for the allotment of flats in HPDA Anand Vihar Awasiya Yojana and HPDA Preet Vihar Awasiya Yojana for the allotment of 694 flats.
Under the HPDA new housing scheme 2016, stack of 538 flats are available in Anand Vihar Scheme and Preet Vihar scheme comprises only 156 flats in multi-storey building.
Applications for the allotment of flats are being offered throug offline mode of registration from 5 September 2016 and the scheme will be closed on 4 October 2016.

Registration for the scheme has been started from tdoay 5 September 2016 and brochure along with application form is available in the bank branches at the cost of Rs. 500/-. Applicants can download it from the official website of HPDA at www.hpdaonline.com. Completely filled appplication to be submitted in the bank branches along with application money in the form of demand draft.
