Hapur Pilkhuwa Development Authority invites applications for the allotment of flats in HPDA Ananad Vihar Awasiya Yojana 2016. It is a new housing scheme launched by HPDA under Samajwadi Awas Yojana of UP government. The applications for flats in Anand Vihar housing Scheme 2016 are being invited from economical weaker section and lower income group of the society.

Registration has been started from 11 July 2016 and interested applicants can apply through offline mode till 10 August 2016.
Total 430 units are available for allotment of which 200 are available for EWS category and remaining 230 are reserved for LIG category. The estimated build-up area of EWS flats is around 27.22 square meter while the LIG units is build-up in the estimated area of 35.86 square meter.

How to Apply: Application forms can be obtained from the bank branches at the cost of Rs. 500/- and it can also be downloaded from the official website of HPDA at www.hpdaonline.com. Dully filled application form to be submitted in the same bank branches along the registration amount. In case of downloading the application form, Rs. 500/- will be submitted at the time of applications submission as the cost of application form. Income Eligibility:
The annual income of EWS applicant should be less then Rs. 3 lakh.
The annual income of LIG applicant should be in between Rs. 3 lakh to Rs. 6 lakh.
