Lucknow Development Authority plans to launch its upcoming housing scheme 2016 for the allotment of 500 flats located at Hardoi Road. The new flat scheme of LDA Lucknow is likely to be launched in the month of October as a Diwali offer to home seekers.
According to the source, the upcoming scheme of lda will only facilitate the middle income group of the society, in which the cost of flats will be Rs. 30 lakh.
As per the information received from the source, the authority has reduce the cost of flats. The reason behind this was, the home seekers demanding more for low cost house compared to high prices flats which were offered in the LDA last scheme. Therefore, the authority is planning to offer low cost houses in its upcoming scheme.
These flats will be available in G+3 type 12-storey building which will be comprised on 1BHK and 2BHK flats. The size of flats will be vary from 400 square feet to 900 square feet and a single unit will cost around Rs. 30 lakh.
