After giving allotment letters to many winners of its latest housing schemes 2014 through allotment camps, its now turn to give possession to those winners. While there is still a confusion about the documents required for flat possession, DDA has issued the list along with the format.

DDA is conducting special camps for verification of documents of draw winners of its 2014 housing scheme. The last date of document verification from 31 January has been extended to 28 February recently.

About 1500 successful winners have surrendered their flats due to some reasons such as small size, locality and others. The applicants in the waiting list will get flats from these surrendered flats in a new draw in December 2015.

  3. Hi below is the process once you have done the payment of demanded amount for which 28th April was last date except for Rohini Sec-34, Pocket 3 candidates as the last date for payment is extended to 30th June.Process is:

    1. Get a file of affidavits made by notary shops near Vikas Sadan priced from 500/- to 700/-. For that you require
    – 4 photographs,
    – copy of demand letter,
    – copy of stamped passbook or statement citing the transaction when demanded amount transaction was done to DDA.
    – copy of pan card
    – copy of address proof
    – copy of loan sanction letter(ask if required)
    – in case of RTGS from bank carry the letter from bank of required transaction.

    Submit this at Counter-3 ( senior citizens & females have seperate lane)

    They will give you a receipt mentioning all the docs you submitted on DDA letter pad.

    2. Now you need to enter the office for which gate pass is required & can be madd from an office on left side of entry gate.

    Now you need to have a file of below docs:
    – copy of the receipt got frm counter-3
    – copy of the rtgs/neft transaction you submitted at counter-3
    – copies of a form which you will get from office after getting gate pass

    Submit them to a mam she will check & sign it after which a gentleman witha register will do the entry & give you a copy with addition of few digits in your file no.

    3. Now is the process of filling up green form
    – get the green form from anybody sitting at dda office where you have submitted above docs.

    Just take care while filling the total amount is Disposal cost & 90% cost is total disposal cost minus the conversion charge you have to pay aftet 5 yrs.

    Also don’t forget to have your details of application eith you while filling this.

    Purchase a file of 30/- from outside just tag this green forms(4 in no.) with photograph, copy of the receipt you got in pt. 2 & copy of demand letter.

    Now submit them at Counter-6 which is open from 10 AM to 1 PM.

    4. After submitting stamp duty will be calculated for which some docs need to be made from a bank of Bhikaji Kama Place

  4. Let me ease out some of things for you folks…

    1. If you are out of Delhi, Be cautious as it is going to take 2-3 days to complete document submission activity post payment.
    2. Remember to carry Loan Docs, Mortgage Docs, PAN (You & Spouse), Passport Copies (You & Spouse), Spouse Signature Specimen, and all relevant documents even if you think are unnecessary or have already submitted.
    3. Don’t forget to carry your Cheque book from the account that is in your name, because you have to pay Stamp Duty on Agreement of Sale.
    4. Keep around 5% of Demanded amount in your account because you have to pay it as Stamp Duty once you are there.
    5. You have to fill a lot of forms and sequence them. The outside DDA notary will help you to do the same at a fee.
    6. Keep all affidavits in original, even if you have submitted some of them earlier.
    7. NOC from Spouse is not a necessary document, though Notary will ask you to carry it out, If you can do it, if you can’t forget it but make sure you don’t mention it.
    8. 7. Receipt of Stamp Duty can be submitted only upto 1 PM at DDA. Note this.

    Does any one received any Green Form for DDA 2014 Flats freehold process and DDA is now asking to pay extra payment within 45 days which is around 85K…

    If any one have any update pls guide us what to do now….

    • Take a gate pass and go to counter inside to get 4 nos green form.Fill these form and submit these documents in a file .U can get the file from outside in 30 rupee. U will have to pay conveyance deed _5% in case of both male and female.

    • Take green paper and deposit amount of CD and papers submitted to DDA then they will realease possession after verification from account and biomatrix .

    I have made the payment for the demanded amount and selected “Installment of flat”. The DDA site got updated in 2hrs and started showing in my login.
    I have downloaded all the forms required to be submitted.
    Can someone please let me know how many copy of each required and can I send these documents by post or through someone, since I don’t reside in Delhi/NCR.

  8. Hey everyone! i have got the loan sanctioned from the bank. For the lien letter, can i write a letter to DDA or will i have to visit the DDA Office to get the lien letter?

    Also, if i visit the DDA office, will they give me the lien letter on the spot?

    I have made the Payment and the Payment is reflecting online.Now what is the next step to get the possession letter. Also, I think we had submitted the documents in January itself when there was a camp for the verification of documents.Do we need to submit the documents again.

    I went to DDA Vikas Sadan and submitted all the documents (affedavits)for possession. After that DDA issued me some forms to complete the conveyance deed formalities. After a lot of hassle I submitted the documents and got a stamp duty payment (Demand Letter) to be paid to some designated branches.

    Please confirm once I pay the amount of stamp duty, how can I get the conveyance deed letter from DDA. I have taken mortgage and my lender is asking the conveyance deed letter.
    If any one has got it, please explain the complete process.

      Have you submitted 4 copies of Possission letter(as on there site) and Sale Agreement also ? or just Submitted the Affidavits?
      Also do we need any additional documents to fill/complete the forms provided for conveyance deed formalities.

  11. Hello all,

    I wanted some allottee from Sector 34 Rohini who has taken or applied for possession to clarify timelines given by DDA, also anything else required by DDA that I might have missed below and how crowded was it, how long did it take.

    Sharing information that I have if helpful you : –
    1. I submitted copy of Loan Sanction letter and copy of demand letter on COUNTER NO. 10 at DDA, Vikas Sadan, INA to get letter of “Intimiation of Lien” (small queue – took 5 minutes). Gave it to bank and loan was dispersed.

    2. I generated multiple challans, approx. 7-10 while trying to make online transfer however did not get that option for online transfer and finally chose one out of those for my share of payment via bank through NEFT and gave one to bank for loan disbursement. Both payments started reflecting online within hours.

    3. I have not applied for possession yet but all documents required can be made at DDA gate by private shops for possession after payments. Spouse will be required for signatures as well. Also document formats as per website are at below link :-

    The original application brochure on page no. 3 says you need below mentioned documents as well
    a. Copy of Passbook/statement for bank account from which payment was made to DDA duly attested by Bank Branch Manager with stamp and signature.
    b. Identity proof and address proof – Voter ID card, Passport, Adhaar card, Govt. utility bills etc should do.
    c. Self-attested copy of PAN Card.
    4. Would like to inform that the link above clearly says we need 4 copies of possession letters are required.

      It is very simple to get LIEN letter from DDA. Just write an application to The Director (DDA Housing), in this application the subject line should be APPLICATION FOR LIEN LETTER, and mentioned in this letter that you are going to disperse loan from …….bank. Attach herewith photo copy of LOAN SENCTION LETTER FROM THE BANK, DEMAND LETTER and just goto DDA counter No. 04 where counter cleark will receive your application and give you acknowledgement letter. That letter will be called LIEN LETTER, exactly this letter is requied by the bank. But remember that for this letter you must have loan senction letter from the bank. After getting this letter bank will complete the whole formality of dispursement of loan.

    • I made the payment (online NEFT) and visited DDA office yesterday.I submited all the docs required for possession like affidavits,undertaking etc.They ask me to wait for 2..3 months now,saying Possession letter will be send at home address after 2..3 months, than we need to come for taking the possession.

Can some of you, who have already got the Possession of his/her Flat guide me on the step by step Process to be followed for possession, after making the payment.       Please do visit DDA office for the same. they have sub-registrar office near DDA vikas sadan.
      Have you taken the possession of the flat? If yes,how much time does it take, a day or two or it is long process?

    I have made the payment through E challan generated on Online system. Now I want to know where to submit the documents for possession. I have not yet recieved the Original Allotment letter. My alloted flat is in Rohini sec 34.
    Also pls let me know tnat under documents required for Possession, whether the “Agreement for sale” is to be made on Plain Paper or Stamp paper. If on stamp Paper, then what amount of stamp paper and how many copies is to be made.

        Following are my responses to your Query:

        1. Have you made payment through single Echallan or multiple challans ?.. Two Challans
        2. After generating echallan how much time we will get to make the payment ? ….Challan is valid for 15 days
        3. While generating echallan what option to select ‘Cost of Flat’ or something else?….. Cost of Flat

      Need a quick help..I generated the challan,Selected payment option as ICICI bank for NEFT.I got ICICI bank a/c no DDAH90025683 on challan to deposit the amount. But while I trying to add that in my Payees list getting ‘Invalid Account Number’. is Anyone else facing same issue?

        • Yes, We need to select different Banks. First I was trying to Transfer from ICICI to ICICI and getting that error. I tried ICICI to HDFC and it works fine.
