Housing Board Haryana has launched a new flat scheme for BPL families for allotment of 2165 flats in Palwal, Karnal, Ratia, Kurukshetra, Yamuna Nagar, Panipat, Gharaunda, Sonipat, Dharuhera and Narwana. Housing Board Haryana is offering three storyed dwelling units for below poverty line families at these locations.
Latest Update: Haryana HBH BPL Flat Scheme 2018 for 7717 Houses – Application Sale Starts
The registrations for the scheme will start on 22 December 2014 and the last date of registrations would be 21 February 2015. The application forms and brochure for the scheme can be obtained from the designate bank branches from 22 December at the non-refundable cost of Rs. 100/-. The detailed information about the new scheme for BPL families will also be made live on official website www.hbh.nic.in of housing board on 22 December.

Buy application forms: The applications forms and brochures for BPL scheme can be purchased from any bank branch of the above listed banks in Haryana.
Application forms can also be bought from the the office of Haryana Housing Board at C-15, Awas Bhawan, Sector 6 Panchkula and Housing Board Executive Engineer office in Karnal, Gurgaon, Rohtak and Faridabad.

Eligibility criteria
The BPL applicants should not have annual income more than Rs. 1 Lakh to be eligible for the scheme.
The detailed information about the scheme such as number of flats in each city, area, cost and terms/conditions will be published on 22 December when the brochure comes out. Below is the scheme advertisement released by the housing board.

As per the information from HBH, the forms are available at all branches in Haryana but to avoid and inconvenience, please buy the forms from office of executive engineer in Gurgaon from House No. 641-642, Saraswati Vihar, M.G. Road. Contact at 0124-2355186 before reaching there.

Trust you all are doing well & safe!
I felt that you are kidding with all poor peoples who are living in Haryana & i would like to tell you my story,
Well i had applied for a flat under BPL scheme in 2014 & luckily i got the confirmation of flat in sector 40 & 19,panipat, i & my family was very happy, for which we had submitted two installment around 1 lakh to you ( at that time my family & relatives helped us out 1 lakh rupees) but i paid them later.
further, we wait for a while and your further instructions but still i have no result even (2014 to 2021 end) after chasing you many years & we dont know where we get the flat and how to get my money back and when i get my money back now we are very hopeless because of many reasons, if i get take the flat there are many issues like your flat are two small and cheap material & non residential area, no electricity no water services as i observed by those peoples who already taken these kind of flats.
if i get apply for a refund, i dont know how i can apply this and when i get money back and till when.
these are my small words which i cant explain my pain by this message, if you are really help us, please let me know how i can get my money back.
