Himachal Pradesh Housing & Urban Development Authority has invited all the intending citizen of India for its new self financing scheme. Under the housing scheme the board offers plots flats and houses and the allotment of the units will be done on the basis of free hold/ lease hold.
These units are available in the colonies of HIMUDA in HP such as New Shimla (Sec.VI), Kasumpti, Flowerdale, Sanjauli, Theog , Shingla (Rampur), Parwanoo (Sec-IV,V&VI), Basal (Solan), Mohli (Sidhpur) Dharamshala, Baddi, (Phase-I,II,III), Bhatoli Kalan (Phase-IV), Bhatoli Khurd (Baddi), Mandhala (Baddi), Nalagarh, Haripur-Sarol (Chamba), Bilaspur, Shahi Nallah(Kullu), Hamirpur, Nurpur, Babu Birbal, (Indora-Phase-II), Paonta-Sahib, Kala Amb (Moginand),Shubhkhera(Paonta Sahib), Jarja (Nahan).
There are total 190 plots with the size range of 104.00 square meter to 670.50 square meter; 7 houses with the accommodation of 1BHK and 2BHK; and 466 flats with accommodation of single room, 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK for I, II and III category of the society.
The application form cum brochure can be purchased from HIMUDA Headquarter Nigam Vihar Shimla-2, Divisional offices at Shimla, Parwanoo, Mandi, Dharamshala.The cost of application form is Rs 1000/-. The last date of receipt of application forms for the scheme is 30 December 2014. The Draw of lots for the scheme will held from January 2015 to 22 January 2014 in the office of HIMUDA in the presence of applicants.
