The registrations for the mega housing scheme of UPAVP in Mandola Vihar Yojna Ghaziabad starting today, 20 July 2015 for allotment of 3680 flats in Gulmohar Enclave. The new UPAVP scheme in Ghaziabad has been launched under the ambitious affordable housing scheme Samajwadi Awas Yojna of Uttar Pradesh Government.
Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad has launched a new housing scheme in Mandola Vihar in Ghaziabad where it is offering 1216 1BHK and 24642BHK flats at a cost of Rs. 11.00 Lakh and 18.10 Lakh respectively. The applications from the interested candidates are being invited through both offline and online modes through the designate bank branches.
The Gulmohar Enclave Mandola Vihar scheme is targeted to provide affordable homes to the lower income group and financially weak section of the society. The registration amount for the scheme is 2% of the cost of the flat meaning that the 1BHK applicants will have to pay Rs. 22,000/- and 2BHk applicants will have to pay Rs. 37,000/- at the time of registrations.
The UP housing board is offering a flexible and easy to follow payment plan for the flat winners including 120 EMI’s. The allotment of the flats in Gulmohar Enclave scheme will be done through the lottery system.
