Gorakhpur Development Authority Vasundhara Enclave Housing Scheme 2015

Gorakhpur Development Authority has launched a new housing scheme named Vasundhara Enclave at Gautam Vihar Extension under the affordable housing scheme Samajwadi Awas Yojna of Uttar Pradesh Government. The authority is offering a total of 240 three-storey flats for MIG category. The 2BHK flats under the scheme are consists of one study room, 2 bedroom, hall and kitchen with an estimated are of 107.20 square meters. The cost of MIG flats is Rs. 26,09,000/-.

The registrations for Vasundhara Enclave housing scheme opens on 27 January and the last date of registrations would be 26 February.

Booking Amount and Payment Terms
The authority is charging 10% of the cost of flat which is Rs. 2,60,900/- as the booking amount from the general category while the reserved category applicants will have to pay Rs. 1,30,450/- or 5% of the cost of the flat as booking amount.

The 25% of the cost of flat which is Rs. 6,52,250/- have to be paid at the time of flat possession by both general and reserved category applicants.

The remaining amount can be paid over a period of 10 years with 15% interest through equal monthly installments of Rs. 27,360/- and Rs. 29,465/- for general and reserved category respectively.

How to apply for Vasundhara Enclave housing scheme?
The applications for the scheme are being invited through offline mode. The applications forms and the brochures can be purchased from the Andhra Bank located at the head office of Gorakhpur Development Authority by paying Rs. 400/- including VAT in cash on any working day between 27 January to 26 February. The filled applications forms have to be deposited in the same bank along with the booking amount.
