Godrej Greens at Undri Pune – A residential project of Godrej Properties, it is Mumbai based real estate developer. Yesterday, the developer has announced the sale of apartments in the same project.
According to the source, total 300 apartments are available for sale for which registration/booking will be opened for two months of its launch.
Earlier, the company had opened a sale of 400 apartments in the same project and now they have added 300 more for sale.
Godrej Greens is spread over the area of 10-acres and located in the residential development of Undri Area. Undri Residential development area is around 31-acres.
Godrej Greens at Undri Pune offers two types of apartments including, 2BHK and 3BHK available in the carpet area of 52.3 square metre to 82.5 square meter.

Pune Metropolitan Regional Development Authority (PMRDA) recently added the Undri area in its limits and is set to have a 170 km long Pune Ring Road and Metro that would connect Undri to the other parts of Pune city and a new Pune International Airport at Purandar.
