Greater Mohali Area Development Authority has launched a new housing scheme for the allotment of flats. In the new housing scheme, GMADA has offering flats for Punjab government employees. GMADA New Flat scheme 2016 offering 2000 flats located at attractive locations of New Chandigarh and Mohali.

GMADA has offering four types of including 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK and 4BHK with basic facilities and separate car parking space. The size of flats available in the range between 690 square feet to 1725 square feet located in the Eco city, New Chandigarh and Sector 66, 67, 99 in Mohali.

How to Apply:
Applications for flat in the scheme has been started and being offered through both online and offline of registration. Brochure cum application form can be purchased from the authorised bank branches at the cost of Rs. 100/-.
For online registrations, the link will be available on the official website of GMADA at www.gmada.gov.in and registration amount can be submitted through net banking and credit card/Debit card. And for offline registration, applications forms are available in the authorised bank branches listed below: It can also be obtained from Single Window Service Counter, PUDA Bhawan, Sector-62, SAS Nagar Mohali. It is also available on the official website of GMADA from where it can be downloaded.
Dully filled application form may be submitted in the authorised bank branches along application money (non-refundable) and earnest money (10% on tentative cost) in the shape of demand draft favouring, Estate Officer, GMADA payable at the stations mentioned in the brochure on or before 18 November 2016.

In this scheme, the authority has offering a facility of loan upto the 90% amount from the authorised bank.
Eligibility Criteria
Employees of Punjab Government or employees of Boards/Corporations of Punjab Government or employees on deputation in the office of Punjab Government (except employees from Government of India or other States) or employees of Punjab & Haryana High Court or employees of PUDA/Authorities.
