Greater Ludhiana Area Development Authority has published a notification regarding to the extension of last date of GLADA 207 Freehold residential plot scheme 2016 at (Shaheed Bhagat Singh) SBS Nagar Ludhiana. The last date of application submission has been extended upto 16 May 2016.
The person who had not yet availed the opportunity of this scheme can apply till 16 May 2016. The applications for the scheme were rolled out on 26 February 2016.
Under the GLADA residential plot scheme, total seven sizes of plots are available for allotment including, 100 square yard, 120 square yard, 150 square yard, 200 square yard, 250 square yard, 300 square yard and 400 square yard. Of total, majority of units are 200 square yard size and only two units of 400 square yard size which are available for allotment.
