Greater Ludhiana Area Development Authority (GLADA) invites applications for the allotment of freehold residential plots at Vill-Mahalon, (Shaheed Bhagat Singh) SBS Nagar Ludhiana. GLADA has offering 207 freehold residential plots under GLADA new residential plot scheme 2016.
The scheme comprises of seven type of residential plots having a sizes of 100 square yard, 120 square yard, 150 square yard, 200 square yard, 250 square yard, 300 square yard and 400 square yard. Of total, majority of units are of 200 square yard size and only two units of 400 square yard size are available for registration.
Applications for the allotment of these units are being offered through offline mode of registration from 26 February 2016 and the last date of applications submission is 29 March 2016.

How to Apply:
Registration for the allotment of plots has been started from yesterday 26 February 2016 and applications for the same can be obtained from the authorized bank branches by paying the cost of application form which is Rs. 200/-. Dully filled applications form to be submitted in the bank branches along with 10% earnest money. The earnest money to be deposited in the shape of demand draft drawn in favour of Estate Officer.
