Ghaziabad Development Authority has announced the draw result date of its EWS housing scheme in Modinagar (Scheme Code 845) launched under the Sanjaypuri Awas Yojna. GDA will hold the draw on 31 July 2015 for the allotment of 288 multi-storey flats to the economically weaker section of the society.
The list of eligible applicants will be available between 22-24 July at the office of GDA or on the notice board. The applicants can submit their objections (if any) in writing between up to 24 July at 5:00PM. No objection will be considered by the authority after that.
The applicants will have to be present at the lottery draw venue along with their original EMD slip.
Ghaziabad Development Authority invited applications for allotment of 288 multi-storey flats in Modi Nagar between 1st and 30th June 2015. The flats under the scheme are being offered at a price of Rs. 7.05 Lakh at the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor. The cost of ground floor flats is Rs. 8.17 Lakh.
