GDA Launches New Plot Scheme in Koyal Enclave for Farmers

Ghaziabad Development Authority has launched a new residential plot scheme in Koyal Nagar for the farmers. The authority is offering residential plots to the farmers in exchange of their land acquired for different purposes.

Ghaziabad Development Authority will offer residential plots of various sizes including 40, 60, 90, 150, 200 and 300 square meters under the scheme. The authority is charging 10% of the cost of plot as the booking/registration amount.

Application forms
The applications forms the scheme will be available from 28 January till 28 February 2015. The forms and scheme brochure can be obtained from the Vijaya Bank branch in 35 Navayug Market, Ghaziabad by paying Rs. 100/- from 28 January. The filled and signed forms can be submitted in the same branch till 28 February along with the registration fee.

Application forms will also be available for download from official website of Ghaziabad Development Authority www.gdaghaziabad.com from the start date of registration. In case of download, the applicants will need to pay Rs. 100/- through DD along with the registration amount.

Who can apply?
The applicants should be the permanent residents of Village Brahampur/Bhopura Tehsile Loni with land owned through ownership ancestral system. Only the farmers whose land was acquired and owned by Ghaziabad Development Authority was acquired on 04 May 1991 or later.
