GDA to Launch New Housing Scheme in Indirapuram this Diwali

Ghaziabad Development Authority is planning to launch and new housing scheme in Indirapuram near this Diwali. The authority is working on the planning and estimates of the scheme which will be located near the proposed sector 62 metro station. The authority will build a total of about 370 flats in area of about 16000 square meters.

Out of the total, 40% of the flats will be developed for the Higher Income Group and rest 60% for the middle income group. There are no flats for the LIG or EWS sections of the society. The HIG flats will have an area ranging between 90-15 square meters while MIG flats will be built on an approximate area of 50 square meters. Ghaziabad Development Authority is launching this scheme in Indirapuram after 8 years.

Indirapuram colony has always been a preferred choice for many for residential purpose and has suffered house shortage for years. According to the chief engineer of GDA, the engineering division has received the design of the flats to be built in this scheme and the estimates are being prepared. The estimation work is expected to be completed within this week.

The proposed metro station in sector 62 is just a few minutes from the new housing scheme and Vaishali metro station is also just few kilometers away. GDA officials are already preparing for the scheme launch which will happen near Diwali this October.
