GDA going to launch a new housing scheme in Rajnagar extension, Ghaziabad and the project for the housing scheme will be constructed over 20,000 square meter land. The GDA developers will construct G+10 and G+12 floor group housing towers, 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats will be developed in these towers.
The designing work of the project is in process and GDA may launch the scheme on New Year. The decision to bring new scheme was taken because the middle income group people can not afford flats in the builder project.
The cost of builder flats is very high that’s why the middle income group persons could not afford flats there. It is the second group housing project after Madhuban Bapudham, Indirapuram and Maliwadi housing scheme.
The land is suggested by the Municipal Corporation for the residential purpose. Now GDA decide to construct a group housing project in Rajnagar extension, it will be the first group housing project in this location.
GDA vice-president Santosh Yadav said the planning of the project has been given to the developers and the price of flats will less than the market rates. “The construction work will start soon” he also added.
