Gwalior Development Authority launched a new housing scheme for economical weaker section of the society. The scheme is named as GDA Gwalior Mahadji Nagar Yojana 2016. Under the scheme, GDA Gwalior is offering 22 flats for allotment for which sale of application form has been started from 29 November 2016.
Applications are invited from general public for the allotment of these flats. The size of a single units is around 50 square meter which cost around Rs. 9,23,500/-.

How to Apply: To register a flat in the scheme, application form can be filled online and offline mode of registration. Online application can be filled from the official website of GDA Gwalior at www.gdagwalior.com and for offline registration application form can be obtained from Authority office at Rs. 1,000/-.
Completely filled application form to be submitted along with the registration amount which is 10% of tentative cost of flat. The registration amount to be submitted the form of DD or Banker Cheque favoring C.E.O, G.D.A Gwalior. Allotment of these flats will be done through a lottery process.

Scheme starts: 4 December 2016
Scheme Closes: 30 March 2017.
