Gwalior Development Authority has come up with a new flats scheme 2016 for the allotment of 73 flats in its ambitious housing scheme named as GDA Gwalior Gandhi Road Yojana-5 located at Bhausaheb Potnis Enclave Phase-2. The scheme comprises of 2BHK and 3BHK flats available for unreserved categories of the society.
Of total, the amjority of housing units are 2BHK type and the remaining 33 units are 3BHK HIG flats. The 2BHK unit is build-up in the estimated area 74.99 square meter while the estimated build-up of 3BHK units is around 102.94 square meter. These housing units are available for unreserved categories of the society.
The provisional price of 2BHK unit is Rs. 28,60,000/- while for 3BHK units, the applicant will have to pay around Rs. 39,60,000/-.

How to Apply:
The registration hs been started from 20 July 2016 and applicants can purchase the application form from Kotak Mahindra Bank Citicentre, Gwalior branches by paying Rs. 1000/-. It can also be downloaded from the official website of GDA Gwalior. Application form to be submitted along the 10% registration amount in favor of C.E.O GDA Gwalior. The allotment of flats will be done through a lottery process.
The applications will be opened on every month’s last date at 4:00 PM by the authority.
